well, it looks like we won't be playing live after all. we recorded the songs with my camcorder, and i guess that's as good as we'll be able to get. oh well, at least we have SOME recording of the songs, even if it's not perfect.

henry came down for my last week here. it's really cool hanging out with him, but i'm slightly annoyed because i planned for him to sleep in the living room but now andy has a friend staying here too, and HE's got the air mattress, so henry is on the sofabed in my room, which means i give up my privacy and everything, which i don't like. but it makes sense, since i HAVE the sofabed, so i can't offer alternative ideas without making it obvious that i just don't want him in my room. the main thing that annoys me though is that now my last week here is taken up with taking him to see all the tourist sights etc around PR, when what i want to be doing is just enjoying my time with andy and pedro and just hanging out, watching movies or playing games or just relaxing. this would have worked better if henry had come down earlier or something, so after he was gone i'd have time to pack, get ready to leave, hang out with friends, etc con calma. but oh well, must go, they beckon.
